How services work.

Every new client begins with an Initial Clean

Your foundation visit, where your home is brought up to the Clean Moments standard.


From there, ongoing service sits under one of two parallel packages: Essential Moments or Complete Moments. Each package can be shaped further The Reset (Complete only) or Blind & Shutter Care (available with either) — integrated into your tailored flat fee.


For homes not ready for ongoing service, a range of once-off and specialised cleans are available.

These aren't basic-and-premium. They're two equally considered fits, each designed around a different lifestyle — not a different budget. Essential isn't the lesser. Complete isn't the luxury. Each is a complete service in its own right.


Choose whichever fits your home and the season of life you're in. Many clients move between them across the seasons of real life — that's the point.

Essential Moments — Outsource the upkeep. Keep the standard.

For the home that already runs on a high standard. The upkeep, handled quietly in the background — so the standard you've set never lapses between visits. Streamlined, not stripped back. Every visit holds the line.

Kitchen

Benchtops, splashback, sink and tapware refreshed. Stovetop and rangehood exterior wiped. Light exterior care of oven, microwave, dishwasher and accessible benchtop appliances.

Bathroom

Vanity, basin, tapware, mirrors, toilet, shower, bath and accessible surfaces cleaned and refreshed.

Living & Dining

Accessible furniture and key surfaces dusted and reset.

Bedrooms

Accessible furniture and key surfaces refreshed.

Floors

Vacuumed and mopped throughout for a clean, cohesive finish.


Complete Moments — Outsource the noticing. Come home to done.

For the seasons when your home needs someone noticing on your behalf. Where the shower mould doesn't get the chance to stare back. Where the things you'd usually clock and quietly add to your mental list — they've already been handled, before you got to them. I carry the noticing. You get yours back.

Kitchen

Benchtops and splashbacks refreshed. Stovetop and rangehood degreased. Sink and tapware sanitised and polished. Cupboard and drawer fronts cared for. Oven, dishwasher, microwave and small appliance exteriors thoroughly maintained.

Bathroom

Vanity, basin, tapware, mirrors, toilet, shower, bath and accessible surfaces thoroughly refreshed and sanitised. Particular attention to watermarks, soap residue, grout and everyday build-up.

Living & Dining

Furniture and surfaces refreshed with attention to high-touch points. Cushions plumped, everyday items returned to their place — your home put back the way it's meant to feel.

Bedrooms

Furniture and surfaces refreshed and maintained, bedding neatened where practical.

Floors

Vacuumed and mopped throughout.

Bonus Rotational Care — the noticing you don't have to do.

Rotated through ongoing visits, so the slow-build details get caught long before they'd ever need a deep clean:

  • Accessible skirting boards
  • Ceiling fans
  • High-touch points refreshed (light switches and door handles)
  • Spot cleaning of minor wall marks
  • General cobweb removal
  • Microwave interior


The Reset — Part of your Complete Moments plan, tailored to your season.

Some weeks the house is fine. Some weeks it's been running at 50% because everyone in it has. The Reset is the layer of Complete Moments that adapts to that — chosen together at your Welcome Visit, shaped around your actual life. The elements you choose shape your service plan and adjust your tailored flat fee accordingly. One transparent number, agreed up front — never a surprise invoice.

The Kitchen Reset

Last night's dinner cleared, breakfast handled, dishwasher loaded and running. Benches wiped, surfaces tidied. Your kitchen, back to functional.

The Household Reset

Toy tornado tidied, surfaces cleared, the wandering items returned home. Your house put back together.

The Bed Reset

Beds stripped and remade with fresh linen, or freshened as-is. Whichever you'd like — leave it all to me.

The Laundry Reset

The pile almost ready to speak, the basket begging to be folded. Handled

For homes needing a one-time refresh or specific detail work — These services are available as one-off bookings, tailored to your home's individual needs.

Spring Clean

A comprehensive service that tackles accumulated dust, build-up and overlooked areas — leaving your home feeling refreshed and reset.

Home Reset Clean

For homes that have fallen behind due to busy schedules, life changes, illness, holidays, or simply needing extra support to get back on track. No judgement.

Oven Deep Clean & Stovetop Detailing

Detailed cleaning and degreasing of oven interiors, racks, trays, glass and stovetop surfaces. Rangehood and filter also degreased and polished.

How pricing works

One number. Agreed up front. Tailored to your plan.

Your service fee reflects the agreed scope — base package plus anything you've chosen to include. Reset elements, Blind & Shutter Care, seasonal adjustments — all combined into a single tailored fee, finalised at your Welcome Visit.


Add more, your fee adjusts to match. Less, it does the same. You always know what you're paying for before I arrive. No nickel-and-diming. No surprise invoices. No clock-watching.

The Welcome Visit.

How we begin

After your Initial Quote, we book your Welcome Visit. Think of it as the meet-and-greet your home deserves — I get to know you, you get to know me, and we shape the service plan around your home and your life rather than fitting them into a template.


Then — the part nobody else does. You can sign your service agreement in person, the same visit. Numbers in, plan signed, done — no back-and-forth chase-ups, no waiting on paperwork. You'll receive a copy for your records straight away, and at your first visit a printed copy is placed in your dedicated service plan folder for reference.

No pressure — sign in person, or sleep on it. Your call, your pace.
